Return Policy
- To start a return, please email info@marcusadlergloves.com and include:
- Order #
- Reason for your return
- Request for return OR exchange
- If exchange, what you would like to exchange for.
- Please note returns are processed Monday-Friday, if you request a return during the weekend your message will be answered the following business day.
- All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt with all Marcus Adler tags attached.
- Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. No Exceptions.
- Make sure to use the return label provided to you when you generate a return.
- We cannot accept international returns at this time.
- We do not refund expedited shipping costs.
- We only accept returns on items purchased through www.marcusadlerny.com
- We cannot accept returns on items purchased from other websites, retailers or department stores.
